Systems of bulk clearing of small retail and regular payments
In the Kyrgyz Republic
1. Payment services for the Bulk Clearing System (hereinafter referred to as BCS) includes subscription fees and payments for outgoing payments of the BCS participants.
2. Subscription fee for the BCS participants constitutes 10 thousand soms per month.
3. Rate for repayment of the BCS participants outgoing payments, sent and processed within the period, established by regulations for the BCS operational day in accordance with the Instruction for settlement of payments in the Bulk Clearing System of small retail and regular payments in the Kyrgyz Republic (hereinafter referred to as Instruction), approved by resolution of the NBKR Board No.38/11, dated August 22, 2007 and registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic No.121-07, dated December 29, 2007, is established in the following size depending on the payment amount:

4. Rates for repayment of outgoing payments, sent to the System of Bulk Clearing by participants, with breach of the operational day regulations, established in accordance with the Instruction and processed by the System of Bulk Clearing, are established in the following amount:
